Participants
Can we update email addresses and phone numbers?

Yes! Talitrix One provides the ability to update eamail addresses and phone numbers within the participant's profile at any time.
Will victims still utilize the Shield application?

Registered Victims will utilize the Guardian app going forward. Guardian will provide notifications when a participants has breached the perimeter of an exclusion area or TPO location.
Devices
Does pursuit mode use more battery, and when is it necessary?
- Yes, pursuit mode does use more battery power than normal monitoring because it is live tracking used to locate the exact position of a participant at that moment as opposed to the default communication cadence. (Ex. Ping every 2 min and transmit every 10 min.)
- Pursuit mode is used mainly when real time locating is required.
If the device is at 0%, will it download data when recharged?
- Yes! Once a device is recharged, Talitrix ONE will display all data obtained during the offline period.
- Map tracking for this time will display as dotted lines to indicate participant was offline.
Does a device still communicate when it is at 0%?
- Yes, device data is still captured when a device is at 0%.
Device is not communicating with GPS or LBS
- Connecting a device to Wi-Fi may help with communication.

What type of notes are available in Talitrix One?
- Organization notes
- Participant notes
- Event notes
Where are notes entered and why?
- Organization notes - entered by administrators in Organization/Details for any information that pertains to an entire organization.
- Participant notes - entered mainly by Agents for information that should be noted about that participant.
- Event notes - normally entered by Talitrix Monitoring CX Team or Agents, and at times, Organization Guests for information related to cases or alerts.
Who can see notes?
- Note visibility is based on an individual's role (Administrator, Agent, Organization Guest).
- All roles have visibility of notes, although not all roles have the ablity to add notes to the system.

How do we ensure agents get the alerts and notifications they need?
- Both alert and case notifications may be flexibly configured within Talitrix ONE.

How do I remove agents who are no longer with my organization?
Removing agents is an Administrator only function.
- Simply click the 'Change Status' button found on the Agent Profile/Organization tile.
